Man vs. life may be just a little too tame for even me and hey, I like a challenge. I picked up a book with some writing exercises in it and I'm looking forward to NaNoWriMo becoming a launching pad for a life-long writing practice.

What I'm pulling for and the direction in which I'm headed changes a little each day, but so far it's been a beautiful start to a journey. I'm waiting for the anxiety to settle in that I'm really going to attempt to do this seemingly daunting task, but *shrugs* it's possible that I'll pull through with the charisma and gusto all of my own. I really do think that my characters will start to take on lives of their own and take my plot and run with it, dancing and jumping up and down.

Salutations

This blog will be used for updates on my NaNoWriMo novel, which is tenatively titled "A Love Song For No One".
